Building a long-standing relationship with a trusted translation agency to collaborate in a new Pan-European campaign addressed to sales staff and customers.
Aradco participated in the selection process and won the contract to provide translations in Word and HTML formats into a number of European languages including French, German, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian and Greek.
The main challenge Aradco faced was the extremely fast turnaround of high volume assignments. Our project managers achieved this through careful planning of our resources, good organisation, and excellent communication with the client. We received a detailed brief and put together a long-term schedule. We also created a list of specialist translators we would employ for this project and set up a dedicated QA process to accommodate the high volume.
Aradco’s contract has been extended past the six-month original agreement. We have now been working successfully together for over a year.
